How do I track my order?

 

You will be provided with a unique tracking code for each order. This code will have between 9-21 characters and may be called a reference number, a barcode or simply a reference. 

 

 

Where do you deliver to?

 

We endeavour to deliver worldwide, subject to our delivery partners terms and conditions. We offer a seven day delivery to Europe, and up to twenty days to the rest of the world (additional charges apply). 

 

How long will my delivery take? 

Garments are ready to deliver on-the-day, if orders are placed between Monday and Friday. Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 6:00pm, depending on the service selected.

 

All orders received in our store depot on Friday night and Saturday morning will be sent to our delivery team within 24 hours. If the Saturday Delivery service is chosen, the item will be delivered between 7am and 2pm on Saturday. If not, the item will be delivered on a Monday (exclusive of Bank Holidays). 

 

We offer a seven day delivery to Europe, and up to twenty days to the rest of the world (additional charges apply).

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you are not happy with your garment, please email us within two days of receiving the item to let us know. We will refund you within 28 days. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. 

Where do you source your fabric? 

Our 100% organic Peace Silks are supplied by Majestic Textiles Organic Silks.
